5,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement for renowned facial cosmetic surgeon Dr. Stanley Jacobs. The tenant improvement involved converting two units into one medical facility. The facility is state-of-the-art, both in medicine and artistry, with completely new operating rooms, treatment rooms, an elegant waiting room and an art gallery and is located in the heart of the wine country.
