- Addition and remodel to a 2-story home located in the Lakewood Hills gated community.
- The downstairs project included opening the floor plan by relocating and remodeling the kitchen with a more spacious and functional design, including a sunny breakfast nook. Elegant custom crafted cabinetry, stone counters and high-end appliances make this kitchen the envy the town. A new cathedral ceiling was added to the extended formal dining room. The addition of a playroom with built-in cabinetry for games and toys, and a guest bath beautifully finished in tile and stone make this home more spacious and family friendly. Beautiful hickory flooring transcends throughout much of the lower level.
- The upstairs project included the addition of a study off the master bedroom with custom built-in bookshelves. The master bath was transformed beautifully throughout with a new more spacious shower, jetted spa tub and a custom vanity. All of this was brought together tastefully with stone tile and accents.
- The exterior included adding a large family size Evergrain composite deck topped off with a grand statement of a heavy, timbered trellis with Turncraft columns. New Marvin windows and doors were installed to finish this lovely home.

- This 4200 sq. ft. estate remodel included a new front entry replacing
existing doors with new cherry doors with bamboo glass, all new Pella
exterior doors & windows and interior solid wood doors, custom
cherry cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood, carpet, and granite
flooring with warm floor heating, remodeled wine cellar, custom hand-stained
woodwork throughout, four custom fireplaces, Brazilian cherry spiral
staircase with handcrafted wood balustrade, custom domed skylights,
custom graphic eye lighting system throughout. Complete swimming pool
area remodel with custom built-in BBQ, landscape lighting & slate
tile pathways & patios.
